York sent me their decision today, so I have all the appropriate screenshots!

After the longest wait ever Bristol decided to reject me. They were the only uni, besides Leeds, that I really wanted, so after they rejected me my fate was sealed. I just had to wait for York to reply so that I could post decisions.

Yesterday at about midday I recieved an email from York's admissions team reading thus;

I hadn't been anticipating this, but I'm gonna be honest: I wasn't thrilled. Sure, it was nice of them to put me forward to a different department, but I don't want to do an Education course. My main aim upon leaving university is to get onto a graduate recruitment scheme with a financial or legal firm, and a course in Education is so career-specific I could see it being very limiting, plus dull as it's not what I want to do! So, I sent a quick email back saying "Thanks, but no thanks," and waited for UCAS to update. It changed today.

So, I eagerly updated my decisions:
