I wrote a 50k novel in 28 days. I am so proud of myself! Now I have a novel that I can edit and quiery some publishers once it's all sorted!
It was very difficult, and I doubt I'll have the time to do it again. I wrote 1,667 words a day almost, with various attacks of CBA crippling my word counts at points.
Anyway, I'm so pleased I've done this, and I'm so pumped to get my free proof copy of my novel so I can hold my crappy book in my hands <3
EDIT: No physical copy QQ
NaNoWriMo 2009: Unequivocal failure.
I tried this year, but NaNoWriMo is hard. My story is nowhere near finished, but I'm planning on finishing it off some time. It was somewhat fun but hectic... although I'm not sure if I'll have the time for it in 2010. I'll just have to see. Almost got a quarter done anyway! :)
My story was tentatively called Mirror Mirror, a girly novel about school and appearences vs. reality. My protagonist has yet to discover the moral of the story. >_>
Writings: My fictionpress. :3
I'm gonna start posting my writings to Fictionpress, so I don't use huuuuge amounts of room here. My fictionpress account can be found here, and currently hosts:
Waking Nightmare (28/01/07)
Mirror, Mirror [Unfinished]
Sugar Flood [Unfinished]
Articles
I've started writing articles on Triond (my profile here, clicky clicky!), so I'm gonna keep a track of them here along with the publish date.
